Elevated latency on Claude Sonnet requests

Between 14:20 and 14:45 UTC, some requests to Claude Sonnet models experienced higher-than-normal latency (p99 > 8s). The issue was caused by upstream provider throttling during a peak period. Traffic was automatically rerouted to healthy nodes and latency returned to normal levels.

Brief interruption to OpenAI relay

A configuration change caused approximately 2 minutes of failed requests to OpenAI models (GPT-4, o4-mini). The change was rolled back and all services restored. We've added additional safeguards to prevent similar issues.
